Shipping
We ship all orders by Australia Post within Australia and Overseas.
All orders are processed and shipped out either same day or next business day.
We ship Monday-Friday (excluding Queensland public holidays).
Next day courier delivery
We now offer next day courier delivery at a comparable rate to express postage in the South East Queensland region.
This includes the Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich & Sunshine Coast metro areas.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries, if when checking out your country does not come up with a shipping cost, please get in touch to see if we can deliver to your Country.

Pick up is available Monday-Saturday.

After hours pick up can also be arranged.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14 day Return and Exchange policy starting from the first day you receive your items.
If a product is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it along with a photo of the damage to:
with the subject stating "RETURNS" with your name, invoice number and all info regarding the damage and we will get back to you typically within 24 hours.
Only unopened products can be refunded and must be returned in perfect order, if one item is faulty then that item will be refunded if its been opened not multiple opened items.
